The staff here is friendly, and the rooms are clean and have a comfortable king-size bed.

The location and having the outdoor living space - patio - were perfect for this trip.

We were welcomed by the young couple who run this motel. They knew who we were upon arrival. They made us feel as if we were visiting their home. Very warm and friendly cute little white dog as well. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, this is an older motel but clean, and well located for this wonderful city. They recommended a place to eat which was fantastic. I am short and not real steady, getting out of the shower I slipped on the shower mate which was placed on the shower floor. Not sure what they could do but if I used the shower again I would remove the mate for safety.

Absolutely charming place to stay in San Clemente. the staff is good and kind, with a great attitude. - Plenty of awesome food available for meals. - the motel is located in an awesome and stunning location, especially near the pier. - Overall, it was a fantastic experience staying at the Patriots Boutique Motel.

This place is clean, simple and cute. The new owners and staff are very friendly and have lots of plans for this resonably priced place that I might add is in a great location! We will be staying there whenever we are in town!

Seemed very clean, friendly staff, and the bed was very cozy.

Some of the pillows were sort of..."skeavy". But I found some nicer ones in the closet. And there was a great make up table in the bathroom, but no stool that fit there.

Our room was spacious and perfect. All of the staff were lovely and polite. - Loved our rooms with a king size bed. - A hairdryer and a walk-in shower were a plus. - the hotel was nice and charming and in a central location.

Good location and budget friendly Motel.

There is nothing outside of your room on the complex where you can chill or sit.

The motel is a bit rustic, however the new owners are very attentive to a person's needs and the room was clean, bed was obviously new and very comfortable. They are renovating as time permits. It is very convenient to everything in San Clemente.

This place is fantastic, located in a lovely building with spacious rooms featuring king-size beds, and it's conveniently situated just a 10-15 minute walk from Avenida del Mar.

It was located close to downtown shops and restaurants, was clean, was cozy, and was fairly quiet.

High level of cleanliness and new equipment etc in suite. Also, the suite was a very good size.

The Motel is located on the Main Road and the suite is on the front of the building, therefore nearest the road.

Comfortable spot near the beach, with lots of restaurants around to grab a bite. Great central location, perfect for exploring the area. Super easy to find and just a short stroll to the beach. 🏖️

It's on Camino Real, walking distance to Ave Del Mar where there are many shops and restaurants. There is a new Ralphs grocery store very close by. The owner recomended a nice place for a great quality breakfast. It was excellent! This was perfect place to stay for my trip. Easy access on foot or by car and close to enough with a short drive to the beach to the beach.

It was a nice small hotel located near shops & within shopping distance of the beach. We felt safe.

There was no hot water. It would be nice to have a luggage rack to place luggage on.
